At a glance I think it looks a lot better.

Maybe someone else can assess the individual frames of the animations by extracting them from the GIFs

@yaret: yeah zangief was on my list of alpha to cvs characters. After kyo I'll make a poll and let u guys decide who I should do next, ok?

@Felo_Llop: yeah I'm gonna do the extra details later but I think that's a bad idea eh? Maybe do em know and get it over with don't you agree?

You mean the kusanagi emblem? It's on his 2k3 and 13 incarnations. Look up a sprite sheet and you'll see.

Hmmmm you think so? I only have 25 frames colored and coloring these sprites is painful believe me. So I dunno man. What do u think I should do concerning this??

make a palette already, that way you can apply the default palette so it can be critiziced.

you don't need to recolour, just learn to work with palettes, it's a very useful skill anyway.
