Ummm if someone will to look for those animations from game and post them here may i consider editing them...but please not a freaking 60 frames for one kick....; just needed keyframes..by the way maybe you alll have noticed i am not touching hands and feet bandages. So that is why i am kind of fast on sagat's sprites

I would've gone with the SvC version and made it CvS. I like how his attacks have more frames. This Sagat is still the alpha version with more CvSish shading.

I think zero de armentis is doing that stuff of SVC
Other option is taking SF3 sprites, they look closer to SFA, maybe Ghost Killer could help

Those were in fact edited from the SFA sprites. It's better if you re-work the SFA ones, you will have less trouble with the re-scaling and stuff.

Don't go the frankenspriting route. I tried it and it doesn't work. Only rarely but still. It is much better to convert rather than frankenspriting.
