Looking good sir. Wow, I didn't expect you'd finish Takuma before this year was out. Also now, already started on Shermie. Definitely like the way this is turning out. Keep up the good work.

Looks good so far. You missed Shermie's legs on sprite 32 and her right sleeve is missing in sprite 65

266 sprites till now...i just need to edit 65 more sprites to finally finish all of her taunts and intros these is a really lot for these kind of animations over 300 just that part; well there is the stand animation,i don`t know wich kof character has more than her...... walk forward and backward jump crouch runing...alll at this point and not a single attack animation of any kind...well here..you can see

the secret to go this faster is to first ,resize-correct  sprites(when and were is needed) ,then do a palette  fix a  to work with,  make a CS soo no colours are  shared ,these must be done to all the sprites , after that  is just a matter to work with idraw,the each sprite becomes really easy to edit 
take`s beetwen 3 - 5 mins to finish each

Her legs are still not separated on sprite 32, there is still a big chunk of her right sleeve missing in sprite 66, her orochi stance has some pixels that wobble or pop in and out on her skirt and boots even though they are completely still, 72-74 have something weird going on where her blue midriff colors would overlap her left arm.

I went ahead and fixed all of these, but if you choose to use them I ask that you compare sprites 32 and 72-75 to the original sprite. I didn't have the originals to reference so the edits that I made may not be as accurate as they could be.

And thanks for sharing your working methods!
In Idraw, do you use a "dot" tool to work pixel by pixel? Perhaps a combination of multiple tools.

Also, some of her sprites are based on her early incarnation (in KOF97, 98...).
I'll edit them to match her (2K2, NGBC style), are you OK with that?

This is a preview of what I edited on your sprites to match her look in Kof 2K2 / NGBC.

Basically:
-Hair tweaking
-Thicker thighs
-Wider hips
-sleeves minor edits

-I fixed few missing CS works on her skirt's "cut parts"

I send you the sprites in your PM.

I'll edit the future ones once you finished to convert to CVS style.
