Can't wait for Kairi and Lars to get done. Why's Kazuya's skin grey?

Why's Kazuya's skin grey?
It's how he is in SFxTK, he looks a bit like a zombie.

I'll definitely make use of Asuka, Kazuya and maybe Paul. Looking forward to them all.

I think K' is bigger than Kyo, I was looking when you posted that run and then I compared them, check this:

(I know, it's nothing that Mugen can't fix with scales ;P)

I always wanted to see a CVS K' and when c00per showed some sprites, he blew my mind but you're killing me because it's gonna be real! Thank you, dude! ;D

Yeah, Cvsnb's style is often a little bigger than actual CvS characters, that can be seen in Jin and most of his sprites. It's just his style.

Scale him down to be a little bit taller than CVS Ryu. K' stands at 5'11 and Ryu is 5'9. It shouldn't be a huge change, but a few pixels can make quite a difference. Actually I think it's fine looking at him side by side compared to Ryu. Maybe a little too tall but only by a very small amount. Maybe it's more of a problem of his width, I don't know. Alpha characters are scaled down to be 5/6 of their original width, but that is waaaaaaay too thin for your K' sprites. I'd say somewhere in the realm of ~95% would be good.

I'm actually really interested in your K' sprites, I have a fully functioning K' that I never released so maybe this will motivate me to actually polish him up and release him.

And for other games like Naruto the camera angle is not 2D so he won't be able to trace over anything to draw the sprites.
