She is originally from "Hand Maid May" and was added as a playable character in the doujin fighter Magical Heroines Plus, that's why.

There's only two thing I want to comment. First, doesn't the attack "F,F,c" send the opponent to the wall a little too fast? Second, "c" attack is 100% punishable, meaning even if I connect it properly the opponent has enough time to hit me before the cooldown ends. That shouldn't happen.

Btw, the character is good. It's been a long time since I saw something related to Hand Maid May.

I think I fixed those problems and uploaded another version to my site.  Be sure to make a backup copy of the one you have first, because I haven't had a lot of time to test the fixes yet.  :-\
