  • Foolish, but learning.
There's a reason there's an 'Old Emperor' download: the new one is a deep change of his mechanics.  He's in line with Jehct(Even has strikers now: Golbez, Ultimecia and Jecht himself) but feels funky.  Some buffs, some nerfs some new moves and changes to his old ones.

He should still fix the "light punch" hitsound problem (it uses the default sounds but he has the sounds for it, just not used).

We should expect another update for Emperor, because the strikers are straight rips (cleaned screenshots?) from the game; however, it's great to see he has some.
