I still do not intend to venture into the realm of AI again, but if you want to release an AI patch in the future, that's fine with me.  I've given her velocities (movement and hit) and cornerpush values an overhaul, along with changing some animations.  The "Collateral Shot" hyper has been modified as well.
I have also given her some color separation, allowing you to expand on palette-making.

Have fun, experiment, discover combos, and anything else you can think of.
Feedback is much appreciated!

Well you PM'ed me for feedback, so.
-For some reason, she feels kinda stiff in movement, and her air movement doesn't really feel like ABK to be honest.
-I think you could use a bit more range on st.A and st.B.

-The transparencies on some of her move FX look bad.

-'Is this a move' isn't listed as air only in the readme.
Personal Notes
-Her portrait creeps me out mainly because of the use of 3D Custom Girl, what that thing's true purpose is and the inclusion of Len in it.
-Bunch of her super moves kinda lack impact. Personally would be better with the impact ABK sound effect and with a little bit of evnshake on the hitdef (ABK had this too, and it did it well)

-I just thought about the walking velocities and jump velocities.
-I was sure that the red CLSN wasn't like that with 5A when I changed the sprites.  Minor fix then.  Other than a minor touch up to CLSNs, 5B is fine.
-Must've skimmed over that because I wanted to work on gameplay more.  Will get that fixed too.

-I'll just change it to a picture of Dan Smith instead
-I presume you mean the "counter" sound effect you mentioned En Eins Perfektwelt overusing?  I'll add a little envshake too.

Other than that, any issues with recovery times or are they are just right? (2[8]A/B/C is the only exception because of the nature of the move.)

Besides that, I do appreciate your feedback!

-For the portrait you could Photoshop Len's hair onto Dan Smith.
-Yes the 'counter' SFX, or as I call it, Subtle Style's take on the Art of Fighting PONG SFX. You should usually add this at the end of moves.
-I haven't fiddled around with recovery times or such, but if you need a guide, you can look through Mikita's characters/AOK's Kanae for reference. It's fine as long as you leave credit for it.
-Also I missed that 'Is this a move' has the landing SFX with the wrong AnimElem timing. The sound plays after she initially lands sometimes.

I have updated the link in the first post and applied your feedback.
Besides the issues you mentioned, I added a couple of intros, a new winpose, and I fixed up a few things here and there.

If not for changing 2A's animation and adjusting the state, I would just have posted the modified .cns,.cmd,and .air files in a seperate .rar file.  Well, I think that's about it for now.

As David Gilmour later said of The Final Cut, "Good enough."  While my character isn't the greatest thing ever released, I'm satisfied.
