First let me introduce myself!
I'm Blackscale299 (former name sasuke299) and i've been around here for a long time
but never posted anything of my work.

Currently im working on a game called NVP (Ninja vs Pirates)
anyways i decided to work on a little project

I am going to code this stage you can see above and that trunks, both are from the Android game "Dragon Ball Tap Battle"
Had to extract these sprites & stages myself lol
anyways i did this topic to post some updates here, til it's finaly done

Yeah OpenGL only sorry for that

Final Blast already ripped most, if not all of the characters resources.

Thats bad...

Not everyone have OpenGL compatibility

But good luck with the proyect...

The Stage should be done i think, Only thing thats left is the soundtrack, anyone has any ideas for it ? If yes just post the link please

Just because people cant run open gl,it does not mean its bad,nobody fault you cant run it dragonlink

Thats all what you notice hahah well they have but i turned it off for my game cuz they have custom shadows there
so nvm them shadows lol

and Ryūku Tsukuyomi idk i think its okay like that

No, that's all I was saying. There's a difference.
Ryuku already said the stage is blurry (and I agree), so I didn't want to repeat it twice, but here I am saying it again.
The stage is blurry. It's evident on the nearest mountain, maybe you could sharpen it a bit or something, I don't know.

Also the cloud on top are different from the ones that are very far, near the horizon (it's like they come from another source or something). But if they are like that in the rips or wherever you took the images from, no complaints from me.

Its bad for me... :/ OpenGL is perfect with this kind of sprites.

But still a good game proyect...

Without Safe Mode I can't see anything (it's all black) but with Safe Mode I can see everything. Some properties that are new don't work (the zoom works though).

Lol! I'm also working on something similar and i though i could give you an idea, since those sprite look too blurry i think you could increase the "hardness" either using the brush or the noise reduction filter.
This is what i came up with...

well right now i dont have any plans for a specific gameplay
but the char is going to have this no auto guard code where u have to press a button to guard and stuff
also dash back and forward same for goes for the air


But still a good game proyect...

ah yea i knew i forgot something to answer
well you're right, the clouds that are near the horizon are seperated ones (they are from the rips)
and the other one is actually a background coded as parallax
should i like change the background or ??
