Well, it would have to be a pretty outdated build. 4GB was a good amount of ram around 2008.Nowadays, 8GB is just enough and 16GB is okay at best.

(Edit: Oh yeah, that Hatred game)Also as stated before, most tournament players play on the console for fighting games. This is why I chose the 360 for SF4. now that I think aobut it, I wonder what's up with dlc characters and the pc version, will they beincluded for free or will we have to buy them separately?
Characters are free for the PC I would presume. It's not like there's an upgrade version; it'd be pretty shitty if you had to pay for the game and chars.
