Has there been an attempt to program Mugen with a Death Match Mode(specifically the interactive stages like the land mines, spikes walls) feature like in World Heroes 1 and 2?

Also want to know if plane shifting is possible also like Guilty Gear Isuka, Real Bout Special, Bleach Dark Souls or Yuyu Hakusho genesis?  How many human players for tag team multiplayer can the new mugen version also have?
