lol...it's an old character for DOS mugen.Try this:- Open Carbg2.def- Scroll to the bottom.- Change this spr = stages\carbg2.sff to this spr = stages/carbg2.sff- Save it and now run Mugen.Problem fixed

It isn't meant for training mode. It is made for a bonus game during normal play. That's why it comes with its own stage. So when you have the stage assigned, you'll end up fighting it in normal arcade play on the stage meant for it. Oh, and it should be dying automatically on the second round if I recall correctly. The is because in SF2, you only fought it once. So that's normal also.
