Close to 200 at the moment. Before I do any thing I have to edit the existing ones I still haven't redone all the shoes. Also I may end up retouching all the sprites I made before august. Most of the old ones aren't shaded as well as the new ones.
Well if it makes the process any faster for you, you could stick to your original palette and let someone else (like me) do the the separations afterward.
Heh heh, I must have been too tired to read your whole post. If you can do it then more power to ya brotha. I got my own list of chores to complete at the moment. Not sure if you've separated a character before so if you feel the work is too much then I will take over some of it if you ask.
I've color separated POTS' Bison before so his hat and shirt were separated from his pants, but the files got corrupted halfway through because of a virus.If I do decide to separate him, i'll do it after you fix the shading and what not.
