Well I guess I’m due for an update. I can’t post any new sprite or whatever because my connection currently sucks. Bluestreak’s still missing his grabs, air hard punch, intros and wins, and I still have to replace his shoes in all the old frames.The stills I posted are of the horrible beta I made of him. It has several problems because I was impatient and took codes from several characters to get things to work. He can’t get hit without freezing, and his blocks don’t work. I guess I should have used KFM’s .sff file. I plan to restart the codes from scratch, because I can’t possibly credit every code source. I have quite a bit to learn here. Any help would be appreciated, but since I’m not moving this to projects until I get to coding specials pm me I guess.Also when he does his air kicks he either repeats it on his own, or drops straight down regardless of which jump it is. wtf?

Here's a frame from one of his command moves I just started. This attack is going to take the place of the earlier Q inspired move. I'm not entirely happy with this overall, I'm going to try another way of showing the "dash" During the animation, maybe I'll make the after image and streak an effect.
