I think the arms movement is a tad exaggerated; does it fit her persona? I guess the reference is VegetaZ2's walk animation.

I'm aware that this is in progress and that you probably see all its possible improvements, yet I made some fast changes (especially the legs, feet) to show some possible direction for an even better outcome.
