Tiger Destruction can just be a level 2 version of genocide maybe?Honestly I think Tiger Slash sounds unnecessary. Sagat is not the type of character that needs an unsafe charging attack, it just doesn't benefit him. But if you do, you could have it work like Ryo's Hien Shippu-Kyaku.
That was another way I thought to make it function as well, like Ryo's flying kick. It's just something extra I thought to add in. I'll ask my nephew if he minds or not. If he doesn't want me to add it, I won't. Hmm... Maybe, in reference to Max T. Genocide = Tiger Destruction. Sure, why not? Thanks for the suggestion.

Finally, a Sagat i look forward to replace H's with. If you wish, i'll gladly color separate Sagat (since i never was a fan of his awful unseparated sprites.)

I know, I have him. Shouldn't be too hard to make MAX T. Genocide into T. Destruction. Just some added FX on the last uppercut.... Increased pausetime on the initial hit of the last uppercut and envshake.... I'll need an edit of the alternate last uppercut though, because he's facing toward the screen as opposed to Tiger Uppercut as he's facing away. I'll ask around and see if anyone is willing to do it. On a side note, Tiger Slash has been cut. Less work on my part anyway.
IMO, Tiger Blow being the EX version of Tiger Uppercut seems wrong; it is after all just an early version of Uppercut before Sagat perfected it.Also I think Tiger Raid would work well having a level 1 version too.
