His legs look weird, way to big, other than that it's great.

a sprite edit from Burter, it explain all.
need better work in sprites, otherwise the whole char is great.

Feedback (that will fall in deaf ears, but it's just to stay on topic).

This is just looking in the .sff:
- it's impossible to make palettes;
- about that, sometimes the dark pink shade of his skin is not dark but brighter;
- FX are not in the same style as the ones used in Choujin's chars; (for accuracy)
+ Nice Frieza sprite! (I think it is the only nice thing in the .sff, it's why I signed it with a + instead of a -)
- portrait is too large (it should be 120 x 140 pixels, yours is 235 x 140);
- the head in the sprites 888,42  and 888,43 is too small;
- the knees in the sprite 999,14 are facing the wrong direction (they should face the same direction as the feet'), but others said the errors for the legs;
- speaking of which, why the numbering is like that? (there's no group 0, 5, 6... ah I know, you can't make palettes);
- SSFIV guardspark and Budokai 3 hitsparks, for me it's not okay; (I said "for me", remember that)

playing with this a little bit:
- probably the Descending Kick in air should use the Strong kick button instead of the Strong Punch button;
- there is no stopsnd for his intro with Frieza (in case someone wants to skip Frieza&Co. intro);
- D,B,F, strong kick: let me guess, a copypaste of Gladiacloud's Roshi super? Guess what? It is, and badly executed too (some attacks miss the sound, at the end the "ground" explod, I think it is an explod, is placed too high. I forgot, the background image at the start doesn't cover all screen);
- D,F,D,F, strong punch (Mouth Blast) is unblockable if you're close to the enemy but it isn't if you're far from it; I doubt you can fix it, since you copypasted it from Nappa by TeamDBZ OS. Wait a second, Nappa's works okay. Hahahah!
