Does anybody know what lifebars these are?

in the video above at 4 seconds i am wondering if anybody could tell me what those blue lifebars are at the top right of the screen thank you very much it's took forever to find these.

Hello, i was wondering if anyone knew where i could aquire the super smash brothers melee life-bars for mugen it seems as though i cant find them, or the author.
