Does Anybody Know Why Mugen Evolution is Down?

Been trying to get a character on that site for days and it's not working for one whole week. I have no other links to get the character and this site is my last resort. But boom, site dead. So when is it coming back online?

Well, I hope it does gets back online. I won't be able to get Seravy's most up to date characters either.

And if your asking, an edited version of fer619's Garfield by aperson98. Been trying to request it here, but no luck so far. :(
