I saw the website and I got 2 theories about it:
-The character hasn't be released yet and what you see is like a WIP page (last news is from 2010)
-The character went private and it was available for a few time

I need to know if any decent Jubei Yagami's exist out there.

Firstly, I'm looking for characters in the style of the Metal Mario fights from the Smash Bros. series.  In particular, I'd like them to have that distinctive chrome color and the infamous metal walking sounds. I already have a Metal Kikyo by RicePidgeon, Metal Yoshi by Mike Densky, and of course, the Metal Mario made by N64Mario. Are there any other Metal style characters out there that I may have overlooked or not been aware of? I do also know that ShinRyoga's Mario and Luigi come with Stone forms, which are similar to the Metal style but not the same.

Secondly, can anyone tell me anything about the characters in the pictures below?

The characters in this image. I seem to see them everywhere, but I know nothing of them. What game are they from, and who made them for MUGEN?

I also remember seeing some sort of Dragon-girl in screenshots in the past, looked like one of Teaf's characters but I don't remember seeing her among his creations. I've been curious as to who she is and where I can find her. If I find an image of her again, I'll link it.

Also, are there any tutorials on how to convert 1.0 characters to WinMUGEN and/or vice versa? I'm just throwing this in here as a last-second thought, I haven't actually done any searching for this one yet.

-Apart of those ones you mentioned, there's a NGBC Shishioh edit called Waste no.440 by Y&K. And a WIP from my Anti-Gouki Project fullgame called Metallic One. Aaaaaaand, there's Mech Zangief from MVC series
-The pic doesn't seen (hotlinking), but as I know, all the Samus converted from MUGEN (mainly with Zero Suit) are WIPs, nothing finished/released yet

-I was thinking in make one, since I converted various 1.0 chars to Winmugen, but all of them are private edits (but Werewood's Juri Han, available in my website). Maybe soon I'll make one for people, but I've to work more on it

Tried posting the image but it wouldn't come up. It was that Samus I was asking about - seems like the sprites are copied from her Brawl model. If it really is a character, I'd be curious to see if it's a good one.

And yeah, I was actually thinking of your Juri conversion when I asked. There are a lot of awesome characters that are restricted to one MUGEN or the other. I figured if I could learn how to convert characters, it'd be a nice way of getting more into coding and whatnot while also enabling the use of characters across both MUGENs, and could also be a good way to contribute to the community, so it's something I'd very much like to try my hand at learning.

I keep seeing youtube videos with several different MvC / Infinite / R@CE / DarkCipherLucius custom gameplay Morrigans. Are any of them any good, not obviously broken, and fun to play? I'm particularly interested in ones with good gameplay and pretty FX.

The only 2 Morrigan I can recommend you are Thomas Hsieh's (conversion of MVC1 Morrigan) and Rolento's (CVS version, which sprites were made by Li_kun)
