I knoew for a fact that theres cracked versions of KOF Wing where you can take out the characters from it. Not sure if its in the versions thats out atm.

Looks more like a CS'd King, since looks more like his classic jacket was paletted into white than a real edit there, IMO

School Uniform Hoatru was a wip over at Baidu. I dont think it ever saw the light of day so its more then likely private.
