I don't think there's a released version. But, you can use the poorly drawn version from the DSi parody, Blazbloo.

You're probably talking about Mutant Spiderman. He was pretty bad, though.

Well his name on the show I think was called double ganger Not to be confused with his full transformation into a giant spider and do you have a link possible or know where I can find it

TBH, I don't really have a preference for custom or accurate.
Though, if it must be accurate, then I would prefer one closer to 2002UM.

Apart of the things said, you forgot Matmut's RS1 stuff: all stages the screenpack of this game and intros/endings of PSX edition (all for DOSM/WinM, probably has been updated to M1.0 by someone else)

Just give up already. J.Newman is the only guy who actually made Pit, ROB and Ganondorf with decent sprites, the only way to make them work properly is edit them by yourself. Also, 100's Mewtwo is the only good/decent Mewtwo in existence, there's no 2D decent version of it, your only option is to make a spriteswap of that Mewtwo with 2D sprites

I personally asked the person who showcased the Chun Li in the video and gave me a link to the character: http://www.mediafire.com/download/1if5cg1zt733i25/Masa%27s-Sf2-Chun-Li.zip It was apparently made by MASA, even though I don't recall him making one. It doesn't come with a stage as well, which is a little odd.

I'm sorry, but I still wont give up. There HAS to be a version with good sprites.
Regarding ROB, though, I actually have found an alternate just yesterday: the ROB sprites from Super Smash Bros Crusade. Yeah, those are good. If only I could find a sprite rip of that...
Also, the very first version of 100's Mewtwo really did use 2D sprites, but I have no idea, if that version was ever released. Then again, Super Smash Bros Crusade also has got fine Mewtwo sprites, so I would really only need a full character sprite rip of the most recent Super Smash Bros Crusade, and then I would already have half of the sprites I need.
So with that out of the way, only Pit is left, and even then I'm not 100% sure about it, because he's appearantly set to appear in an upcoming version of Super Smash Bros Crusade (him and Ike). So...I guess I'll just request for a full character sprite rip of Super Smash Bros Crusade then, if a new version of that game will be released.
Still thanks for trying, though...I guess...
