Yes there is, search edits and addons a bit.  There's one for Warusaki's Guile.

Also, has anybody color separated Ken's SFA style sprites? What I mean is Gloves, Hair, Top and Bottom Gi all have different colors.

I think the best one out there is by NAO&M. It's offline though. I think it was hosted somewhere else but I'm not sure.

Also, keep a look out for Zero-Sennin's Leona WIP. It's gonna be da bomb.

I want to contact the creator for I want to try to do something with the char.
If it's a never released WIP I still want to get the sprites/sounds or whatever is done.

I've compiled a sprite SFF for him that only color separates his fist guards. His hair ribbon and shirt/pants isn't separated, just separated his fist guards. I've Been meaning to make a SFII Dash Ken Alpha style. :)

its from the game vanguard princess, in the thread from which you took the picture, the author said its a wip of his, dont know if he has a website though

Does a Terry Bogard 97 or 98 style exist where the Power Wave is not a projectile, definately excluded and he has the rising tackle?

I hope it's okay to ask in here, but did Tony 3rd ever finish his Microsoft Gouki? The WIP existed, but I don't think I remember it ever being released. Was it, or did it become private, or did he just stopped working on it?

I'm not sure, but as I know probably is one of these 2 alternatives: or he didn't finish it or it's a private release
