Not sure, but go get Kamekaze's now exclusively for 1.0, very good version, can also be set to 4 or 6 button mode as you can with all his MVC characters.

Camrat's was the best version until Kamekaze's came around. Camrat's was not MVC2 though.

Forget it, the one from IMT is by Marancv (hosted, not from IMT staff) and it's the only Mr. Saikyo you can find (and don't exist edited versions of him)
