Moving this right along. Not too much to say except for the fact that yes his super is very much retarded and if I weren't going for accuracy you bet your ass I'd nerf it.
Sony took it down :( Guess it gave people the wrong idea. rip amberlamps.

Very excellent releases you have there man. They are accurate and have great gameplay for sure.

When characters other than your turtles are thrown by your turtles, they look misaligned when hitting the ground, as if you had used the wrong gethit sprite or something.

I'll look into it but it's mostly how it was handled in source. They used the head sprite (5032) for a lot of ending animations on throws and thus had it programmed to know when each individual char hit the ground and how to make it look right etc.

I did play them again. They are very great once again. If i remember correct Raphael's throw shouldn't make the opponent bounce and hit the ground twice there. Some movements are fast and some are a bit slow but, that's how the game balance was i guess. Keep up the good work man.

Both his throws have ground bounce. All animation timings and vels are from the game itself. The only attack that does not cause ground bounce is trip.
