Okay, I have looked up, and down, far and wide for answers on trying to play this particular modified version of SF2.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ssjz1dDkxY0

I have Googled everywhere. I even tried to look for a contact for whoever built WinKawaks and see if they can make an update to include the new dumps & hacks of the existing games. But I have no luck what so ever. I have only managed to find a patch of the game a few months ago, but that's about it. I don't think the patch will work on older revisions of the game. Though I haven't tried, but I have my doubts.
I can't seem to find any emulators online that could run the new dump of SF2 with the hack applied. Everything that I have searched for, comes up with the older versions that was tested before now. I really prefer Kawaks to play this hack because I'm more familiar with it than any other I've used for CPS/Neo-Geo games.

I am wondering if they ever released the updates of emulators somewhere to play this yet? Or if anyone knows where I can ask/contact the designers/programmers of WinKawkas if there are plans for another update?

If it's in the wrong area, feel free to move. I just didn't know where else to ask, since it's a topic about a modified SF2 Arcade game I've been wanting to play.

Alright. I downloaded an updated MameUI version that has the game. I was able to find the particular revision of the game. Then I applied the patch I found for it. It seems to works on it! It even has a USA/ETC patch for the revision! :D

Although I STILL Prefer WinKawaks. Though I guess MameUI will have to do, for now. I have to mess with the display settings, and the input settings which I am NOT familiar with. Also, I don't have the cheats (like I do for WinKawaks) for infinite time and infinite health to test all their moves out and everything. And I HATE how Mame doesn't give you an option to double resize screen at start up or anything. It's much harder to config everything than WinKawaks :P

Well, thanks anyway. And thanks for moving this topic. I was wondering about that. ;)

Glad you managed to get it working. I downloaded the latest version of MAME a while back just to get that patch working so I could take some screenshots of Chun-Li's flip kick command normals for TCRF. Hope this comes in handy for your World Warrior project.

Yea. I've been trying to record some videos of it, and upload them to youtube. I had a problem uploading a recording that was about 3x or 4x it's original size. Still not as flexible as Kawaks options are, but I've managed around it.

Also, when doing the tests with it, M.Bison still has a color glitch on his glowing fists FX when VS. Sagat or Vega (Claw) as I shown in the Game Screen Shot.s topic. I don't know if the hacker just forgot, or even corrected it since then. I have no way of telling TBH. But it looks like something that could be fixed if it's merely a color error.

The notes distributed with the hack say that Bison's glowing fist effect color problems were an unavoidable side effect of getting the bosses' palettes to display properly in circumstances they weren't intended to in the original game.

Unavoidable huh? Well, I guess that makes sense.
Despite that they have been fixed on their console ports at one point in time (Well, I'm pretty sure anyway. If not, no biggie). But if it's concerns with the CPS1 arcade version's limitations, I guess I can understand that. ;)
