So basically this is an official version of that UT mod basically? It's a DBZ game with co-op and online battles. Looks pretty cool to be honest. As like I said it's basically an official version of that mod that was based on one of the UT games. Can't remember the name of it but it's easy to find in google as people still mess around with it.

EDIT: Also why are people moaning about SSJ God? The new movie Dragonball z battle of gods - was done by Toriyama and is a canonical movie. It's not like any other movie in the franchise. Toriyama directly worked on it and it's set between chapters 517 and 518 of the original manga during the ten year time skip.

I'm glad they are releasing another DBZ game because they are including SSJ God. I can't wait for one similar to either Raging blast 2 or Ultimate Tenkaichi to come out with the inclusion of the new characters from DBZ battle of gods. (Which I know this one isn't. But still another DBZ game with at least one new char from the new movie is good.)

Also you guys do know that there is a distinct possibility that one of two things will happen; 1) The new DBZ movie may end up spawning it's own saga to reignite the anime or 2) similar to #1 they will release more canonical movies expanding on the storyline of DBZ battle of gods.

Lastly the PC games I was talking about that are similar to this but are fanmade are Z.E.Q.2 LITE and Earth Special Forces. Another one which is an MMO is Dragonball online.

Do you mean the (official) Zenkai game that was so far released in Japanese arcade only and isn't like UT at all ? If so, yes, that's exactly what it is.

No I was talking about Earth special forces and Z.E.Q.2 LITE. Plus there's a DBZ MMO as well. (official one.)

Let's see if they will include what-if storys once the characters are done. 3 vs 3 battles are good but, with great team attacks really.

finally, they haven't had the what if scenarios this badly since either the first budokai game or something overseas

İnteresting that İ missed thatone. A what if story with "Battle Of Gods" addition is great. İ wonder if they will include Vegeta's little brother Tarble and it's enemies from The Movie "Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return."

Honestly guys? I wouldn't mind if the story mode was a straight-up re-hash of DBZ Legends. While very simple it had some neat features like, (IIRC) If Tien or Yamcha or whoever survives the battle with Nappa, you have them in the Namek saga and what not. A whole what-if unto itself.
