Hey guys! This project I had to do once i saw that HUGE Smash Bros leak! Whats gonna be great is that the nintendo gun will be implemented in the gameplay....and not as a projectile....hehehe!

BBBIIGGGGGG shoutout to Shane Toner for the custom Dog sprites! This one is gonna be good!

Add more physical attacks, not just that punch. You could probably use the sprite wherein he's holding two ducks as a HP Shoryuken, for variation.

yea....this is just me coding one day. u know im not gonna just have that one punch. all my characters are 6 button with different attacks for each. this vid is just what ive done so far.

Because its not a fighting game. I consider anything you wouldn't label fighting game appearing in Mugen obscure.

Even Cyanide's main site is labeled "Mugen Obscurity" and he has varying ranges of characters.

...that's not really a good reason at all.

Obscure to the modern generation, maybe, but anyone who grew up in the past 30 years and their grandparents knew about Duck Hunt as "that one game that came with Mario, with the gun and that fucking dog."

I believe a more fitting term would be novel, in which case, yeah. This is some hype shit.

Good point. The idea of using obscure came from Cyanide and his small collection of releases, as mentioned above. I've been using that term since visiting his site back in the day. Now that you mention it, novel is a good way to put it. :2thumbsup:

This is freakin' awesome!  Keep it up!

Ok, here's probably a dump idea for a hyper attack :)  Have it look as if the dog jumps out of the screen (ya know, with huge sprite scaling or sprites drawn to that effect), and then give P1 control of an NES gun (displayed as if it was being used in a FPS) with the plastic aimer (scope?) used for accuracy... or just give control of a crosshair?  Of course with 1 or 2 ducks flying around for added hilarity.
