Progress @ 75% completion.

What's Done: Stage layout, Boundleft, boundright & boundhigh are set at the correct values for this stage. Stage length in pixel dimensions is 2752x240. Stage comes from Streets of Rage Remake, so it is actually as long as the stage itself.

What's left: Adding in the neon lights animations, at different parts of the stage. This includes the neon lights for Club Sega, BubbleGum Hall, Tropical Casino, and one for the street lights.

Possible other elements may be added, at any given time. To give the stage more life & flavor.

Possible Release: next few hours.......maybe.

As like my other stages, they will remain open Source.
