Ok, I'm going to start doing reviews on these games that I buy to help all of us save cash. If there is already a review merge them for me mods.

Graphics....

The graphics of this game are SUPERB. It is hands down one of the best looking ps4 games so far. The characters look so realistic, you can seereal emotion in the face of the fighters, and the cuts/blood etc is just icing on the cake. The ring entrancesare also nice and spectacular also. There are a few hiccups with the game regarding slight lag and stutters during fight entrance and announcements. The game is very new so I know EA will patch it... (then again... It's EA) Nonetheless, I give graphics a 10/10. The home screens and select screens are very well coordinated. Character creation is my favorite part of the game, given the actual faces aren't that good compared to FNC.

Gameplay/Controls....

Gameplay is in the eye of the beholder. The last UFC game I tried and loved was Undisputed 2010. The controls to EA SPORTS UFC are very clunky and sluggish to me. I feel as though they could've done way better given how smooth the controls wereto FNC. (Given it's boxing) The controls are very complex compared to Undisputed 2010 and it seems like move sets are very very very limited. UFC UNDISPUTED 2010 had manybhead kicks, punches, elbows etc while EA SPORTS UFC is slacking. Keep in mind I have not done career mode yet, so I could be wrong, but even on UFC UNDISPUTED 2010 in character creation you could see all the moves available. Gameplay and damage on characters seems very inconsistent. I mean seriously, how many head kicks and flying knees can you eat before you go down? All I've been doing is fighting Cain Velasquez on PRO (expert) with my character and the guy eats so many head kicks, body slams, knees etc. That's unrealistic as hell. On UFC UNDISPUTED2010, repeated body slams can rock you and give you an opportunity to end the fight, not on EA SPORTS UFC. I slammed Cain a total of 22 times in 4 rounds, he was rocked 0 times. I'm not talking take downs, I'm talking real deal body slams, suplexes etc. The game is missing positions present in previous ufc games also. I give controls/gameplay, a 4/10. Don't get me wrong, the game is beautiful, but it seems that's all they focused on. You can sway also, but it's kinda pointless seeing as how it leaves your legs wide open. I'd also like to say that PERMANENT body damage is also ABSENT in the game. Remember how in UFC UNDISPUTED, if you constantly eat body kicks or leg kicks, your body will be very weak and one body blow will drop you or too many leg kicks will severely have you limping and unable to run towardbor dash back from the opponent? Not in this ufc. What happens here is you enter a state called health event. Leg kicks will have you limping for a brief period, then you're ok. Body punches/kicks etc will rock you and have you unable to block for a sec, that's it. No permanent damage like older games. You also can't run towards opponents. I've failed to KO Cain so many times because I can't run towards him and jump on him fast enough, it SUCKS.

Soundtrack....

Kick ass sound track. I disabled much of the songs I don't like, but over great Soundtrack.

Conclusion....

This game is ok depending on what type of gamer you are. I personally bought it to try it out and take a break from WATCH DOGS and BF4 especially. I wouldn't recommend ANY of you blind buy this game as I feel you will be highly disappointed. The game is not worth a first day $65 buy and I personally regret it. Also, Bruce Lee is a bad ass, but yet again, the limited move sets has him feeling very very generic. Clearly his addition to the game was as a cash grab. I've fought him like 4 times online and not once have I seen him even in any of the realistic stances he was in in real life. Not a knock on the game, but I'm just trying to paint a picture as to how generic he feels and looks. What are your thoughts? I do have a video on my YT channel, go check it out for more info regarding actual gameplay.
