I LOOK FOR A PROGRAM TO MAKE A TOURNAMENT WITH ALL MY CHARs TO SEE WHO IS THE BEST OR WHO HAVE THE BEST AI.BUT NOT A BORING  PROGRAM ,THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES STATISTICS ,ANIMATIONS BETWEEN EVERY LEVEL OF TOURNAMENT,GOOD MUSICS TRANSITION,the possibility to make random draw and more...
UNFORTUNATLY, I DON T KNOW A LOT OF THINGS TO EDIT PROGRAM BUT I AM WORKING ON IT . SO,IF ANYBODY FOUND THIS IDEA INTERESTING TO DO ,PLEASE MAKE IT SHARE THIS PROJECT TO ABILITY PERSON TO DO IT .OK ,THANK YOU.SEE YOU SOON!

It is highly unlikely someone will code you a front end that puts ai battles together and creates statistics from it, please understand that such a thing would take quite some effort and most people arent willing to code that.

You would have to manually code all that shit.

but there is a program called mugen configurator to do it but the part of tournament is too light but they have done a very good job
yes i play mugen but it does not mind me to see ai chars to fight.try it with good char coded  it is nice.

then contact those dudes and ask them if they plan to add more things to it, there should be a contact in the txts that come with it.

why do you need this "program"

just pick a roster with some aggressive or smart ai of your choice, pick a screenpack that can sort roster of similar game like MBC with the scroll motive, and pick your notebook, plan a fight with multiple rounds like 5 round match, and make a statistic based on the result, but still same character can behave differently depend on the opponent so it is not easy to choose the ultimate fighters (I mean the non super cheap ones, and non one hit kill ones) and also playing against another ai is different than playing against human player, against another ai maybe one char looks awesomely great but actually can be easily abused by human player, and vice versa.

i look for a mode tournament in mugen.i think it would be a fighting game  more completed,wouldn t it?

There was one program that allowed that.

It was Mugen Windows Configurator. It allowed you to visually edit the select.def and it had a tournament mode frontend.

This can be done via batch coding easily. It just won't have the nice front end.

YES,the fact adding statistics it s just a example ;the real goal of that it s to have a mode with at least the board with final ,like you know dbz 3 ON SNES

OK  :) that would be fun during holiday season.
eventhough it also can be done traditionally with mere pen and paper and a shuffled playing card to pick the random placement.

So Terminator, how did you solve this problem? Your idea of a tournament with statistics is great!

I like navetsea idea "can be done traditionally with mere pen and paper"  :)
