So uh... These are pretty much just pitch shifts with added echo, from what I can tell. I'm not saying its bad or anything. Just lackluster. There's plenty of effects to tack on to a voice out there to make it sound "evil". Like a Flanger, Phaser, even light Reverb and Chorus. Seems like none of the voices are 'new' as well. It's a bit tricky sometimes... but I've heard sounds of Geese Howard saying, "You cannot escape long pickle." In summation, while I can appreciate you're putting effort into changing up the sounds... Maybe some variation in the effects could help.
