yup, thats what i do when trying to add fix to my pallet, i don't even think there that much color loss anyways.

example:

with plenty more slots left.

Well how do you do that? I know Fighter Factory has the ability to do that but, is there a way to do that in PSP?

Never mind. found out how to do.

  • +1 to whoever added Godzilla to the main index.
How do you determine which filters to use for which effects?

Also, how would I use this for angling a projectile without changing its size?
i think we should call it an "engine" so we don't look like total idiots because otherwise we'd be arguing about a "game" and that would be somehow "dumber" than arguing about an "engine" on the "internet" for countless hours

Unfortunately, I don't know if this'll work for all effects.

For example, Iori's SvC Oniyaki lower flame sprites:

I've tried several blur filters, but nothing ended up good. What would be the best way to smooth them out?

Does anyone know how to do this with Lightning Effects based on Guilty Gear effect sprites?

Guilty gear is already highres.
this method doesn't help make those kind of effects..
I wouldn't consider that a infinite since you have to make your opponent bounce of the wall and if you do it on the wrong side of the stage the stage interaction would activate.

well it depends on the lighting effects that you edit.
just take this tutorial as a reference, and see what you can come up with other types of filters and such.

actually you can use POTS' method for Guilty Gear effects, but it takes more effort on to you.
