hi
well heres a new anime stage release for u elfen lied fans or have the lucy char in your mugen or just like anime
this is my official release of this stage last year i made the same stage release but it was just a quick fan made stage in lest then 15.min. it had blur color lost etc.
a stage for the lucy char was not a official release in any mugen forum only a few people have that stage mostly ones that r in youtube
u can still see the video i made when that stage was done

so whats the info.
well i went back got the same image from another youtube video restore it clean it edit it a bit 
the stage is base on the ending part of the series where i think lucy comes back to her boyfriends house

as seen in the anime yes whit some edit from my part :buttrox:

animation is falling blossoms  ;D
bg. caracters also from the anime series nana+mayu   ;)
+ a shadow of lucy showing in the door 8)
doble jump no sorry  reason why is because this stage mostly for kof. fighters or old school chars
original music from the anime  yes  :o
but for the  first time the music is from the anime but the voice is from another lady hu sings it i let u find out hu that is o_O
naya+mayu scale is so they can  fit whit the stage look
not whit the chars but does not notice  that much the scale

thats all for now till next time need to work on a ikkitousen stage release and some uptades + another dark anime stage release i am working on

It looks.... meh, not good. The two girls sitting on the step look horribly pixelated and grainy compared to the rest of the stage. The stage itself looks like a watered-down version of the screenshot you posted, only mirrored together to save time.

Also Crucifix's Lucy Diclonus is a god-awful character, in my personal opinion.

Man, Dong Hwan, you've really got a lot of wax in that ear of yours.

cool  sorry dont know what wateredown means to be honest no joke  o_O
sounds simple to do and quick show me make this image whit only 10 % color lost then

the walls + floor i did not restore to 100%  it  gives it a more real detail to it but can be restore in any given time

and the lucy char well cant say much not minen so lol

What do you mean, you don't know what watered-down means?

Watered-down means diminished in force or effect. In this case, it can refer to the quality of the stage, as in the quality has diminished to the point of where it looks like the previous image. As to what you're asking me to do, why would you want to make the image have 10% color loss?

Also, very true. :P

i try google that word i was all @_@ the stage u see only has 10 % color lost except for the parts i wrote if did not restore them to 100% to give it a more real look
