hi all.
this time I have a character that we wanted to do for some time: Enel "God" of Skypiea.

FX used are mainly KOF XIII Benimaru, although some were made by me especially.
The fighting style of Enel, and t is based on electricity (obviously) and therefore the bulk of their movements are performed with the C button Furthermore, inthe seems to be a relatively agile monk, which usually perform somersaults with several of his attacks. Another issue is that we add some ease to perform aerial combos for the same feature. Even opted to have risk that they can make some infinite combos, just to get the gameplay is more malleable.

I tried this char, easy to control and all nice moves
When I try this char in mugen1.0 ,only the portrait is fucked. Maybe you can fix this to let it work well in mugen1.0

You are one of the few people who can actually make chibi characters and not make them cheap as hell.

I just found out why, he is using some melty bloody lifebar, which of course has a specially made mini port for that lifebar. While we get the badside of it, cuz most of us don't use just a melty blood lifebar.

Well the icon can be replace, make a new one. Is not a big deal (unless if you don't know how to do it). What matter is the character.
