You mean the source code? I don't think Elecbyte released it, it is private. But editing modes in winmugen you can do that in the system.defBut I think you all ready know this.There is also one other mode that you can enable in mugen that is hidden but I forgot what the mode was called?I've also heard of people using javascript in mugen to make it do new things. If still nothing works for you google around as always.
