Thomas "Thor" Odinson (so named for his prowess in high school football) is the heir to a massive fortune accrued by his father who is CEO of the enormous international "Asgard" company, one of the world's leading military weapons and technology developers. The rebellious Thomas gains possession of the state of the art weapon MJOLNIR which becomes coded to his genetic signature, much to the ire of his adopted brother, Lorne Odinsson. Lorne has aspirations of taking control of Asgard and has prodigious skills as a hacker, gaining him the online nickname of "L0K1".

Guardians of the Galaxy:

An orphan named Peter Quill was picked up by a gang of pirates preying on cargo ships on international waters. Quill betrays them to get hands on "the stone", a device containing data for the most dangerous computer virus in the world. This makes him the target of Roland "Rocket" Anderson, a bearded bounty hunter with dwarfism and anger problems as well as "Groot", a tall, incredibly strong man with severe brain damage that renders him unable to say anything but "I am Groot". He is also chased by Gal Gamora, an Israeli former Mossad hired gun and the adopted daughter of Middle Eastern dictator "Thaddeus Nos", one of the most feared terrorists in the world. She is currently under the employ of R0N4N, a cyber terrorist and anarchist. R0N4N plans to use the "Infinity Virus" to shut down all communications in North America, causing widespread chaos.

While trapped in an Iranian prison, Peter Quill, Gamora, Rocket and Groot meet "Damien Racks", a man who lost his family after R0N4N stole his identity and framed him for hacking into secure government files. Together, they form an unlikely bond and decide to stop R0N4N.

"I think it’s better for the fans to have different type of Batman, especially with Batman having so many viable interpretations. It’s hard to do Batman wrong actually. I like to see all the different versions of him. I think it’s great that the All Star Batman & Robin The Boy Wonder version is out there as well because he is another take on it. I don’t necessarily agree with everything [writer] Frank [Miller] is doing with it but I think it’s great. And I love the way that he just takes no prisoners. He just does things that he knows are going to drive people mad. But he does it with such obsessive determination and style. You just have to eventually roll over and say, ‘Cool, I just want to see more of this stuff’ because it’s good to be shocked. Batman could easily be like that character."
