i was playing KOF M.U.G.E.N and G. Magaki was about to show one of his special techniques and the game just threw me at the desktop saying it has an error, what do i do about it ? http://www.anony.ws/kMty here is a link for the error msg

I didn't know there was a limit for sctrls per state.  o_O
Holy hell, that's a lot of sctrls though.

Do you know if others have been able to get this character to work?
I guess you could try to create a helper and have the helper run some of those controllers instead.
You can probably let the helper deal with stuff like playsnd and explod, but leave the hitdef and changestates in the main statedef.

I'm not sure if Mugen will still complain from controller overload though.

ummmm @vgma2 can you explain that in simple ? i just know  a lil bit about the engine, just how to add chars, stages and slots etc

Is it possible to half the state? In other words, make a brand new state for the other 256 state controllers?

So if the statedef number was something like 1200 for all those 512 states, make a new statedef 1201, and then just copy and paste 256 commands into the new state 1201.

Oh yea, you'll then need to have a new changestate controller for the character to change into new statedef 1201.

i really dont know much mate, just learnt how to add characters and slots :3 dont mind

If you still have the character, I might have some time to have a look at it and see what's happening. Although it should be just simple copy/paste work. You're not making a character here, just fixing the state is all. But if you really do not understand how to do, I may be able to help.
