The Mugen Fighters Guild - Evil Ken SF'2 Updated (29/03/10)

Hello Everybody...
Well, this is the third char in my line of Street Fighter 2 edit chars, Evil Ken SF'2:
Has moves of the street fighter universe, voice and moves of SVC violent Ken, new moves like Ice Hadou Ken, Snk edit moves, and many many updates.

*Old explod shinkuu hadou ken returns.
*Better Juggle.
*Sokoken bug fixed.
*New Guard Spark.
*Fire effects in Hard Air Tatsumaki Sempuu Kyaku added.
*Fire effects in Hard Hadou ken.
*New Krizalid style pallete.
*New Light Shinkuu Hadou ken.
*New Level 1 Super move, Blaster Shinkuu Hadou ken (Reu's Evil Ken Super move) (see readme).
*Projectyles after using Ice Dragon Hadou Ken and Shinkuu Hadou ken Level 3 bug fixed.
*Shun Goku Satsu Background Victory fixed.

Edit 2: Second Evil Ken SF'2 update:
*New portrait.
*Parry was removed (only have zero counter).
*Zero Counter was updated.
*Haoh Shou Koh ken was removed (too many super moves).
*Power charging updated.
*Background Victory updated (SFIV style).
*No longer fall recover in super moves.
*Guard damage added in special and super moves.
*Background level 3 was removed (too many bugs).
*Tenma Kujin Kyaku Light, medium and hard was modified.
*Shippu Jinrai Kyaku Medium Fixed.
*Sakotsu Wari (Foward medium Punch) removed.
*Shinryu Ken was updated (now SF4 style).
*Nothing Victory pose bug was fixed.
*Shun Goku Satsu's Victory pose bug was fixed.
*Shun Goku Satsu's Background victory update (now SF4 style).
*New Hitsparks.
*New Hit sounds.
*More Chain combos.
*New Super moves sounds.
*Combo bugs fixed.
*New FX sprites.
*Green pallete FX sprites are now Red.
*Ashura Senkuu Pose updated.
*Changed Ice Reppu Ken (Light, Medium, Hard) for Rekkaken.
*Modified Air Hadouken (Light, Medium, Hard).
*Shinkuu Hadouken Level 3 updated.
*New AI (thanks to Vagopublico for create the new AI).
