Hello Everybody...
Well, this is my first topic in this forum.
This is Evil Ryu SF'2, my first char in the mugen engine.
It has edit moves of the street fighter universe, voice of CVS Evil Ryu, new edit moves, and many many updates, here is some puctures of the char:

Edit: Evil Ryu SF'2 update:
*Old explod shinkuu hadou ken returns.
*Better Juggle.
*Sokoken/Shinkuu Hadou ken bug fixed.
*New Guard Spark.
*New Lighting spark.
*Lighting effects in Hard Air Tatsumaki Sempuu Kyaku added.
*Lighting effects in Hard Hadou ken.
*Command changed in Shin Shouryu Ken (see readme).
*Projectyles after using Dragon Shakunetsu Hadou ken and Shinkuu Hadou ken Level 3 bug fixed.
*Shun Goku Satsu Background Victory fixed.

Edit 2: Second Evil Ryu SF'2 update:
*New portrait.
*Parry was removed (only have zero counter).
*Zero Counter was updated.
*Haoh Shou Koh ken was removed (too many super moves).
*Power charging updated.
*Background Victory updated (SFIV style).
*No longer fall recover in super moves.
*Guard damage added in special and super moves.
*Background level 3 was removed (too many bugs).
*Shin Hadouken & Shin Shakunetsu Hadouken was removed (Too many special moves).
*Tenma Kujin Kyaku Light, medium and hard was modified.
*Electro Sonic Kick and Foward Hard Kick changed for Joudan Sokutou Geri (See readme english or spanish).
*Air Hadou ken (Light, Medium and hard) updated.
*Air Shinkuu Hadou ken updated.
*New Hitsparks.
*New Hitsounds.
*More Chain combos.
*Shun Goku Satsu's Victory pose bug was fixed.
*Shun Goku Satsu's Background victory update (now SF4 style).
*New fire FX for Shakuetsu Hadouken added.
*New Super moves sounds.
*Shakunetsu Hadou Ken command changed (See readme english or spanish).
*Shin Shouryuu Ken Light, Medium and Reppu Jinrai Shin Shouryuu Ken fixed.
*Ashura Senkuu Pose updated.
*Shinkuu Hadouken Level 3 updated.
*Kongou Kokuretsuzan uptade.
*AI still the same (AI creator wanted).

The cons:
- F+HK sprite is misaligned

- LP infinite

- Launcher infinite (when opponent is falling in air after D+HK

- CLSNs needs tweaking


But the worst part is your SF2 chars have the same problem. :( Hope you fix them. ;)

Hay I really like the air fireballs and also other stuff like the dash. One small thing though, I think I found an infinite juggle (a bit like the above post). Back + HP (Z) launches the enemy a little. Do this in the corner and you'll be able to combo after with a Forward + HP (Z) which is 2 hits. You can do this forever, the combo counter will also continue to go up.

Actually I can only seem to do it against himself in training, it doesn't seem to go on forever against other oponents in arcade mode. So I'm probably wrong.

I don't know if this is one of the older versions or not, but I might as well tell you one of the major problems I found:

In his QCFx2 super, it can be pulled off without any energy whatsoever. o_O

A few issuses that I find rather bothersome:
Instead of common parry sprites for E. Ryu's parry, you find the skull from Rugal's God End, I think. : l I feel it's too flashy.
A little bit too much lag after the QCF+HK.
The intro looks too flashy. I also feel the skull pilar in the intro is a bit wierd in a way.
The Shinkuu Hadou-Ken should fly like a normal super projectile IMO.

I got the version with these said issues at Mugen Infantry. I don't know if you updated E. Ryu here or not. Despite all these problems, the concept is really novel.
I can't believe I don't know how criticism works. Might as well go studying.

That's probably because it's meant to be a customized character. As far as I can see, none of the aesthetic things have been fixed, but instead it's more flashy and has new hitsparks and other things that it doesn't really need just yet.

Although I do like the fact that you replaced Bison's CvS2 deathcry with his SF4 one in the intro. You get a thumbs up from me for that, guile_n_roll.

Man, Dong Hwan, you've really got a lot of wax in that ear of yours.
