P.o.t.S. said, May 19, 2008, 02:39:31 amwhat's the English name for the legs one... stand ups? squats maybe?Just got back from a 55 mile bike ride through the mountains. The weather was great. The ride was fantastic.Only problem was that I hit a big rock about half-way through and fell. And it wasn't an ordinary fall. It was one of those falls you get to think about as you're falling."Oh shit. I'm falling. Yeah, I'm definantly going to land on my side. This is going to hurt."I skidded a good ways when I hit the ground. As a result, I have road(gravel) burn from my left ankle to my buttcheek, up my left arm, and I'm missing a toenail on my left foot. It also messed up my brakeswitch and gearswitch on the left side of my bike.I'm still pulling gravel out of my arm.It was still a great ride though.

I was blazing from my backyard (with no brakes mind you) and as soon as I came around to the front I tried to use my bare feet to stop. Needless to say that wasn't enough at that point, and I flew right into my front gate. Funny enough I couldn't stop laughing about it. lol
Push/sit ups, weight training, 30 minute walks. Maybe basketball twice a year. Probably tennis once a year. I used to dance, but stopped this year.I haven't done anything in a week though, I just finished my exams.
King of MUGEN said, May 17, 2008, 01:38:21 amLift weights about four times out of the week. Cardio once a week maybe. It's better for you health, but not aesthetics to do it the other way around."look ma! I can bench presss 200 pounds but I can't go up two flights of stairs."
It'd be better for health and looks if I did cardio, but I'm lazy. I should still be able to beat a 7 minute mile without going to the edge.
Ex...er...cise? What is this thing you speak of?Mine is about the same as POT's but without the squats and my job is at least a little physical. Picking up servers and PC's is hard work
