I sympathized with Crane - But also let him know that Snow was sick and tired of his shit and planned on changing things.  So... middle ground?
I persuaded Dee to talk - Never even laid a hand on him, and he spilled everything.  I did steal his money on accident, though.  I thought the prompt just meant I'd threaten to take it or something, but Bigby straight up pocketed it. 
Let Snow come with me to the Trip Trap Partly because she was already pissed that I kept trying to get her to lay low, but mostly just to tell Crane to stick it up his ass.
Didn't hit Georgie - Didn't break any of his stuff either.  It worked so well with Tweedle Dee, so I decided to just bluff my way through it again.  And it totally worked.  I just threatened to smash up his place and he folded like origami.
Didn't hit Beast a second time - It was just a misunderstanding, I wasn't gonna hurt the guy any more than I had to.  Except for the part where the game made me gouge his eyes out.

Other choices:
I was nice to TJ - Because the poor kid was traumatized enough, I wasn't gonna rake him over the coals.
I threw Jack out of the bar - Because seriously Jack shut the hell up.
I was gentle with Holly - Because honestly.  Besides, she and Gren hate me enough already.
I defended the Little Mermaid and was friendly to her, and also paid for the hotel room.  Guess stealing from Dee paid off in the end after all.

I've noticed that all of Georgie's girls, Faith included, wear ribbons around their necks.  That, and the killer's MO of decapitating his victims reminds me of the story of the girl who wore a ribbon on her neck to keep her head from falling off.  Wish I could remember exactly where that originated, because I feel like if I knew more about that story I'd be able to put some more pieces together in this case.

It's kind of hard to imagine that Crane isn't the killer what with that photo evidence of him at the crime scene with the victim, but then again that's probably what Telltale wants me to think.  It's a little early to reveal whodunit now, anyway.

Beauty mentioned 'The Crooked Man' at one point, but I forget where.  I'll bet you anything that that's who the Tweedles are working for.

Basically the OP says that this guy is heavily involved in the story, because:

1) He appears in many, many places (ie: walking through a hallway after Faith's death, standing in line while you talk to Grendel, DRIVING THE TAXI SNOW WHITE IS IN BEFORE HER "DEATH")
2) His tie is patterned with a bunch of crooks (staffs that shepherds use)
3) Episodes 3, 4, and 5 are named "A Crooked Mile," "In Sheep's Clothing," and "Cry Wolf"

Which means that this is The Boy Who Cried Wolf, and that his motivations would be aimed at Bigby, probably for revenge for him eating all his sheep, which he'd carry out by killing anyone that Bigby cares about.

Of course in the game's current state, that theory can get thrown out the window with Snow being alive and well (it wouldn't make sense for the killer to drive Snow somewhere, drop her off, then later on kill a troll glamoured as Snow roughly an hour or so later) and the fact that so far there have been no noticeable sightings of the guy in Episode 2.

Scumbag Jack!  Gren vs the Woodsman!  Gren vs. the Tweedles!  Flycatcher!  All we need now is a release date.
