Course its a compilation. No consistency, misaligned (Not ot mention inconsistent) portraits, he didn't even make hsi own set of lifebars.

See, if you want a full game, you generally don't go using someone else's lifebars altogether, that gives the feeling of compilationness. They quite clearly look like Sword Dancer's KOFZ lifebars.

Also might actually want to put some proper Sonic stages and some proper Sonic characters instead of guff like "CHAD VICIOUS" or "ULTIMATE SONIC" or "OMEGA SHADOW FROM MILTON KEYNES"

and how about some proper sound on that video so we can verify it more properly? Because otherwise I give this a rating of Compilation/10.
