Fading music (AKA video problems PART 2)

Hello again,
I would like to know, how I can fade music instead of making it stop abruptly. I tried it with Windows Movie Maker, but I cannot see any option that allows me to do that...

windows movie maker 2.6, easy as shit, install it and use that
Odd. I do have Windows Movie Maker, but the interface of the version I have looks completely different.
But then again, I sadly don't even know, what version of Windows Movie Maker I have...
