Glad to see a nice conversion of one of my favorite stages from Tekken 6.  My only issue from my brief testing is that the default z-offset is too low for my tastes (changed it from 220 to 212).  Other than that, I likey. :)

ssb planet zebe stage won't let the characters be on ground, can anyone give me some info about this?

It's recommended that you use Winmugen Hi-Res or MUGEN 1.0 for that stage

i'm using mugen 1.0 but the characters are almost out of the stage, they're at top or somewhere, shouldn't they be on the floor right now?

what's this ssb planet zebes for 1280x720 or something or do i need to change it?

I'd suggest you put hires=1 in the stage def... wherever it goes. I can't remember where.
This stage looks a little odd when you go to either side, but that could just be a problem converting it from 3D to 2D.

it's at hires  = 1, it's just that it's not showing the characters

The stage is working for me.
Maybe it's your mugen?

i'm talking about that ssb planet zebes stage, the new stage he released recently works fine but ssb planet zebes stage, that was a mistake btw

yes i really agree with aoki 1.1   is really where its at. aoki can run his mugen at 1804X1026 and still get max fps with that updated opengl anythings possible. Also 1.1 can play in 32 bit jcolor ust looks better to me.  mugen 1.0 is software based and it only runs on 1 core SUPER BORING where talkin wicked slow.

Where does everyone keep getting 1.1 at?  I thought it was restricted to just beta-testers at this point.
This is how you recognize a character is polished or not : when small details are taken care of to provide the best experience possible.

That makes sense then.  Seems like there's an awful lot of beta testers for 1.1.  I must have missed the sign up or somthing :/.
