Didn't want Rival Schools/Justice Gakuen in this list, really. And not a fan of Batsu, either? Eh.

You included Final Fight and Slammasters for being "in the same universe", and Sakura was playable in a Rival Schools game, so personally I think they are the same universe, even if it Capcom hasn't said so. I mean, there's nothing too out of the ordinary going on (by Street Fighter standards) that makes it obviously an alternate universe.

Remy, and as many other characters as they can fit in to decrease the chances of me having mirror matches.

Maybe guest characters? (Specifically Scorpion and Terry Bogard)

In case you haven't guessed, I wouldn't call myself the biggest fan of Street Fighter's character designs.

But of course, it's the only series I enjoy the gameplay portion of :S . You can see the conundrum, but I still have hope for SF vs/X whatever series that has good designs. As soon as they finish making Street Fighter X Series that is as bad as Street Fighter in regards to designs.

Least Favorite: Boxer

SFA:
Favorite: Karin. Also my favorite character in the entire series.
Least favorite: Rainbow Mika

SF3:
Favorite: Akuma.
Least Favorite: Makoto.

SF4:
Favorite: Cammy/Akuma, again.
Least favorite: Without a shadow of doubt, Crimson Viper. The only character I never ever want to see again in a capcom game.

EX: Didn't play it but I like Skullomania.

I didn't play any of the other games nor have a lot of interest in them.

Well if we're including least...

SF1: Geki cause people won't STFU about him being Ibuki's dad or Vega's trainer or some shit.
SF2: I love everyone from this game, but if I had to pick one it would be Blanka.
SFA: Again, this is a hard pick to make cause I like almost everyone.  But if I HAD to pick one it would probably just be Sodom out of process of elimination.
SF3: Twelve.
SF4: Juri. 
SFEX: Area.
Slam Masters: None, I like everybody.
Final Fight: Poison. 

Now if we're including Rival Schools...

I haven't played the game, but everyone has a pretty good design.

Final Fight
Favorite: The trio/Rolento/Sodom. Don't make me choose.
Least: Poison. Belger was also pretty lackluster.

Also, a lot of you are doing this wrong. You have to choose a character that made their first appearance in that series. Saying Cody or Guy was your favorite in the Alpha series doesn't make sense since they debuted in Final Fight.

Rival Schools:
Favorite: Akira, Kyoko
Least favorite: The tennis player and the violin player from the sequel, I guess
Akira is just brilliant, starting from her surprising fighting style, as you would expect "him" to use some street brawling instead of kung fu. Kyoko on the other hand is a very cliché and unoriginal character, but that doesn't stop her from being damm sexy. I know, it's weak of me to put her as a favorite. I don't have any extreme dislikes in this series, as I generally treat it as an "everything goes" type. I just picked the not-fighters, non-sportive girls as least favorite.

A good company will give their customers what they didn't know they wanted. The current Capcom will give extreme loads of fanservice instead.
