The creator is oblivious to the fact that he's clearly wrong about this, despite being told.  On the website there's a link to a page called EXE Warning where he says this (quoted in full, so you can read his ridiculous assurances with all the intentional typos):

i've been getting his stages (which are trumendously wrong in so many aspects by the way: humongous color loss/ wrong paralax resulting in chars sliding/no animations what so ever...) for quite some time now and there is nothing wrong with the exe files....stop freaking out about viruses and so: there are none!!!

i got a problem with this stage though: i downloaded 4 times and each extracting process resulted in "some files seem to be corrupted...try to get a fresh copy and try again"

Seems really suspect these are EXE files. (I haven't downloaded them, though. Probably won't) Can anyone verify if they have trojans/keyloggers, ect. I've never seen any mugen creation in an exe file before.

Yea I have stated this numerous times. I won't downloading anything from this guy until I feel it is guarantee virus free. It's just too unusual to have a .exe file as a compress file.

I download and now my computer has is no working! It baleeted my system32 reinstalling windows sucks!!!!!!!! Djoulz is a lier, that's why the person under him didn't believed him (or just ignored him, whatever)!!

Windows recognizes this file as a self extracting RAR archive.


It would seem none of the features that would make this worthwhile are being used -_-

Edit: Is this supposed to be only 419kb?  The file flat out doesn't work.

well you can say im liar if you want kiddo, but i think you should call me "lucky boy" since ive already tried at least 4 of his .exe self-extracting stages so far...
2 explanations comes to mind right now:

1/ you don't know what you are talking about and you are a liar
2/you do know and that would only mean you don't know how to protect your computer properly
3/ all of the above

plus, the way you write makes me think this is some kind of joke which isnt really that funny so for me = you fail baby

anyway, can any proper authority confirm that this is a threat or not?? maybe avast is so powerfull that it wont even sweat and let me know there is some kind of malware in this file
