Fighter Factory 3 Sprite palettes messing up

Every time I open my character the palettes are missing, colors are mixed up.
I'm tired of having to re-insert the sprites,
Even after I do that they still mess up the next time I open my character.
I don't recall having this problem before, anybody know what gives or how to fix this problem?

Save as 1.0. or 1.1?
You may have a corrupted program. If saving it as the different types doesnt clear up the problem I'd try reinstalling the program.
FF3 is awesome but it does get bugs.
