Cool. They look pretty darn good. I know that palettes can be done at any time, but I just wanted to suggest using Terry bogard's facket as a reference since the reds aren't quite as bold

I also fiddled with the other two using colors from two of Mai's alternate palettes.

Looks good. Are you converting his SVC sprites? I think someone from IMT did something similar, and those might help with some of the workload.

Are you going to be editing the various elemental crest forms too? Acey did some edits on a few of his elemental crest forms from Demon's Crest, that could be used for potential custom supers.

and i whould love that he could be a mix of the SvC Chaos and IMT's SMvC!

It's awesome!!

Just a small tip, if you don't mind: check Ryu's "shoulders"(that ball before the arm) and the shading transition it has through the muscle. It woud be VERY good if you apply to FireBrand.
