Okay, I haven't made a character before and I thought I'd give it a shot.

Geico can save you hundreds on car insurance, but can it beat a guy like Faust?
I'm thinking of setting him up to play in MvC style.

What needs to be done:
General spriting, if any spriters wish to assist I'd be honored

Movelist. I'm thinking of some moves already, his projectile would be insurance quotes, and a super would be "It's so easy, a caveman could do it!"

Intro and winposes.

Pretty much everything needs to be done, and I'd love it if anyone in the community will lend a hand in creating such a character with me.

Working on a moveset, creating the commands, and doing the animations. I can't really code, but I can learn things pretty quickly.

since it looks like you are wishing to do everithing but graphics, my suggestion is to hack some temporary sprites and make the char, then sprite it properly when you get someone to help. you can either use a model from a 3d animation package or a stick figure.
