There's a program called Font Editor. It allows you to view, edit every aspect of the font, and export it as .pcx and then import the image you edited. Download: http://www.zgames.com.br/index.php?pagina=4
i would suggest Font Factory, from the same guy who did Fighter Factory.way more options and easier to use.
